Bridging the gap to justice, one form at a time.

Going to court without a lawyer is one of the hardest things a person can do — and in Louisiana, it happens every day, in every parish. Rent is due. A custody hearing is looming. A loved one has passed. A protective order is needed tonight. The paperwork stands between a person and their rights, and that paperwork is written in a language designed to exclude the people who need it most.

This library exists to change that. Every form here has been collected from official Louisiana sources — the Supreme Court, the Access to Justice Commission, parish clerks, and the Louisiana State Bar — then standardized, cleaned, and organized by subject matter. Every form cites the Louisiana statutes that govern it. Every section includes plain-language instructions about what the form does, when to use it, and what traps to avoid.
